Our modernized die-casting machines can produce precision parts from a few grams to kilograms with excellent porosity control. With our engineering expertise and well-equipped tool shop, we have our in-house capability to design and fabricate precision die casting mold in very short lead-time. Our products are widely used in hard disk drive, tape drive, telecom and other fields.

We produce high precision stamping parts that fulfill the very tight flatness requirement for hard disk drive. We equipped our stamping machine with NC Straightening Feeder. The precise feed pitch is controlled by AC servo mechanism.

Our all electric injection molding machine provide stable and consistent injection molding condition. With our wide range of molding machines and our expertise in anti-static engineering plastic material like IDP (inherent dissipative polymer), CNT (carbon nanotube) and carbon filled polymer, we produce high precision anti-static parts and trays for our customers.

Our vertical injection molding machines is setup for overmold assembly to cope with the  Overmolding design for hard disk drive. We are experienced in both die-casting and extruded material, with or without fantail design. All plastic materials are engineering grade with glass filled. We have been granted the permanent Right and License from Hitachi to manufacture, use and sell the Actuator/Coil Overmold for hard disk drive. 

We specialize in surface finishing for aluminum parts: Chromating per military standard Mil-C-5541 and Hard Anodizing per Mil-A-8625 Type III. Our Hard Anodizing line imported from U.S.A. can produce parts with consistent quality. Products after hard anodize treatment are able to achieve surface hardness over 60 HRC which can provide an excellent surface protection for moving mechanical parts and superior corrosive resistance.

Both our Chromating and Hard Anodizing meet the RoHS requirement.

We produce millions of precision Coils per month applied for hard disk drive, VCM and other applications. Our computerized winding machines are fully automatic for hot air dry winding. UV and high temp de-gassing process and D.I. water cleaning ensure our Coils can meet stringent contaminations and out gassing requirement for hard disk drive. We produce both with and without bobbin voice coils that can meet wide range of requirement for any high precision applications.

With our "Coil Simulation" capability, we provide engineering prototype and design service for our customer.

To fulfill critical requirement of micro contaminations, LPC and silicone free requirement for hard disk drive application, we produce VCM in class 100 clean room with in-house magnetizing capability. Products are cleaned with D.I. water and under strict contamination control.

We work with our customer on product design to improve performance and for cost reduction.

We produce wide range of high-grade vacuum formed packaging tray and we specialize in silicone free and anti-static trays that meet contamination and LPC requirement. We import raw materials from certified manufacturer to ensure consistent quality. All products are cleaned with our automatic cleaning system and packed under class 100 clean room environment.
